Biography
Elen Krut focuses her practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes in medical malpractice actions. Ms. Krut joined the firm in 2025 with a diverse experience in civil litigation, including an extensive prior experience as a medical malpractice defense attorney.
Ms. Krut’s philosophy is that no case is alike, and each matter deserves an individual approach built on knowledge, skills, quality, competency, and effectiveness.
